Machining
After we get the body and disc castings, we will do the machining by ourself according to the customer confirmed drawings.
Epoxy coating
After machining and cleaning the valve body, we will do the epoxy coating for them.
Assembly
When we get all the valve parts, then will assemble them to a completed valve.
Pressure testing
After assembling the valve, then test the pressure to ensure it's zero leakage. Including shell and sealing.
Packing
After testing and the coating is dry, then we will pack the valves and arrange shippment.
